“Los domingos” (“Sundays”), the latest feature by Basque filmmaker Alauda Ruiz de Azúa, has been added to the Official Selection of the 73rd San Sebastian Film Festival, joining three previously announced Spanish productions vying for the Golden Shell.

The ensemble also includes Miguel Garcés, Juan Minujín, Mabel Rivera and Nagore Aranburu.
Ruiz de Azúa made her feature debut with “Cinco lobitos” (“Lullaby”) in 2022, which premiered in Berlinale’s Panorama section and went on to win eight prizes t the Málaga Film Festival, including the Golden Biznaga for Best Film, as well as the Goya Award for Best New Director.
